How can I buy Forest products?Forest Drapery Hardware sells to the trade only. If you are a business, please feel free to use our Contact Sales Form or give us a call to get started, 678-721-0004. If you are an individual, please visit our Find a Distributor Page to find a location to buy from in your area.

What kind of warranty comes with Forest Drapery Hardware products?Forest drapery tracks are warranted for 10 years. Forest motors are warranted for 10 years, with the exception of the Forest lithium battery tubular motor for RBS which is warranted for 1 year. Forest roller shades are warranted for 1 year. Warranties do not apply to wear resulting from normal usage, damage from mishandling, alterations from original state, abuse or exposure due to climate conditions. The Tavira Collection is the only category warranted for outdoor use, 1 year. Forest Drapery Hardware does not cover the shipping costs for the return or replacement of warranty items.

What is the return policy on Forest products?All returns must be approved prior to returning by requesting an RGA authorization number. A 25% restocking fee will be applied. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt or on custom orders.

How is freight/shipping handled?Orders will be shipped via the most economical way. Freight charges will be added to invoice. View the Forest Freight Policy here.

What payment methods can I use?We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Our invoice price is for the check payment. We reserve the right to add a convenience fee for credit card payments. Credit is available upon submittal and approval of a credit application.

What should I do if I receive my package damaged?Please inspect all packages upon receipt, note any loss or damages on the freight company's delivery receipt prior to the driver before leaving. Failure to correctly sign for damaged goods as damaged may impact your right to request a freight claim or replacement order. Immediately notify Forest Drapery Hardware as claims must be reported within three business days.

How should I maintain my Forest products?Products can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Do not use any type of cleaner or solvent.
